Margaret Mary Bingham. Age 90. October 3, 2019
Margaret was born March 25, 1929 to the late James and Kathleen Bingham. Beloved sister of John (Pat) Bingham and the late James Bingham and Kathleen Carolin. Sister-in-law of John (Sharon) Carolin. Loving aunt to 8 nieces. Also survived by many great nieces, nephews and grand-dogs. For many years she attended St. Matthews, later attending daily mass at St. Philomena’s until it closed before becoming a member of Our Lady Star of the Sea. Margaret attended Dominican High Sienna Heights University and then graduated with a bachelors in pharmaceutical sciences from Wayne State University. She had a long and rewarding career, working until 70, as a pharmacist. Margaret was an avid gardener, even in illness she was in her garden caring for her flowers. Visitation Sunday, October 6, 2019 from 2-6 pm at Chas. Verheyden Inc, 16300 Mack Ave. Grosse Pointe Park. Funeral Mass Monday, October 7, 2019 in-state 9:30 am until time of mass at 10 am at Our Lady Star of the Sea, 467 Fairford Road, Grosse Pointe Woods.
