Obituary

Martin Joseph Havro, age 64, of Warren died on Thursday, July 11, 2019 at his home. He was born in Detroit, Michigan on May 25, 1955 to the late Edward Philip and Theresa Marie (nee: Brandt) Havro.

Martin was a simple man that enjoyed his life. He worked various jobs to support his family, but was most recently an Oil Mechanic. If you ask his kids, he was a “darn good” cook. He enjoyed cooking inside or outside. Some of his best dishes were Swedish Meatballs and Breaded Ham which his family greatly enjoyed.

Martin enjoyed spending his mornings and evenings out on the lake fishing. When he was not out on the water, you could catch him playing any card game but Poker was his favorite. He was the definition of a pool shark and loved a good game of pool.

Martin was the loving father of Tanya Havro, Michael (Debbie) Havro, Martin Havro, and Jeremy (Joanna) Havro. He was the beloved grandfather of Breeanna, Bryan, Alexis, Nila, Deandre, Ashlynn, Christopher “Bug”, Carly, Sabrina, and Jeremy Jr. He was the cherished brother of Thomas Havro, Nancy Emrich and Deanna Sobek.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Chas Verheyden, Inc. Funeral Homes in Warren.
